Share files & chat
with a short room code
Open a private room, send the code to friends or classmates, then share photos, videos, PDFs, and messages — all in one place.
No account. No app to install. Works on phone and computer. Rooms delete themselves after about 24 hours, so your stuff does not stay online forever.

How it works
Four easy steps. If you can send a text message, you can use PeerPizza.
Create or join a room
Create a private room — or enter a short code someone sent you. A name is optional. No app download. No email signup.
Invite with a code
Share the room code (or link / QR) with friends, family, or classmates. Only people with the code can enter. You can also add an optional 4-digit PIN.
Chat and send files
Message each other in real time. Send photos, videos, PDFs, and more — no fixed size cap. Drag and drop or paste screenshots — it just works.
It cleans up for you
Rooms are temporary. After about 24 hours, chat and files are deleted. Room owners can also one-click delete the room — everything clears in 15 minutes.
Your chat stays yours
PeerPizza uses 256-bit end-to-end encryption for chat. The server sees only scrambled ciphertext — it can never read your messages.
256-bit AES-GCM
Every chat message is encrypted in your browser before it leaves your device — AES-256-GCM, the same grade used by WhatsApp and banks.
Room PIN = the key
The encryption key is derived from the room code + PIN (PBKDF2-SHA256, 310,000 rounds). No PIN, no reading — even the server cannot decrypt it.
Server stores ciphertext only
Readable text is never saved on the server. What gets stored is just an encrypted envelope — useless without the PIN.
Zero-knowledge by design
No email, no phone number, no signup. A name is optional. Nothing traceable is required to use PeerPizza.
PeerPizza at a glance
What is PeerPizza?
PeerPizza is a free place online where you and your friends can chat and share files — photos, videos, PDFs, and more — without making an account. You open a private room, share a short code (or a link), and everyone joins. When you are done, the room deletes itself. No app to install. Works in the browser on your phone or computer.
Who is it for?
- Students — send notes, PDFs, or project files to classmates with a simple room code.
- Families & friends — share photos and videos without them getting squished by chat apps, and without email size limits.
- Work & meetings — drop files in a short-lived room while you talk, then let it expire on its own.
- Anyone who hates sign-ups — type a name if you want, or skip it, and start right away.
Why people use PeerPizza
No account needed
No email. No password. A name is optional — then you are in.
Private room code
Only people with your code (and PIN, if you set one) can join.
Chat + files together
Talk and share in one place — not three different apps.
Deletes itself
Rooms, chat, and files go away after about 24 hours. Chat is end-to-end encrypted with 256-bit AES-GCM, and room owners can one-click delete the room to clear everything in 15 minutes.
No fixed file size cap
Good for documents, photos, and large videos — uploaded in chunks so big files still work.
Works on phones
Open the website on your phone, join with a code, and share from your gallery.
Simple privacy promise
PeerPizza is for short-term sharing, not long-term storage. We do not ask for your email to use the main features. Rooms expire. Files do not sit online forever. You choose who gets the code. Full details are on our Privacy Policy. More about us on About, the Story, Releases, live totals on Stats, file-sharing guides, Terms, or the full sitemap.
